Shipping and Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 CAD across Canada. Orders under $75 CAD are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Ontario, Canada.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days within Canada. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Do you ship to the United States?

Not at this time. We currently ship to Canadian addresses only.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Custom-branded orders are final sale.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Product Questions

What is bagasse?

Bagasse is the fibrous material left over after sugarcane stalks are crushed to extract juice. Instead of being discarded, it is processed into a durable, food-safe material used to make our clamshell containers and plates. It is 100% natural, renewable, and compostable.

Are your products compostable?

Yes. All of our bagasse and paper-based products are commercially compostable. Bagasse products break down within approximately 90 days in a commercial composting facility. We recommend checking with your local composting program for accepted materials.

Are your containers microwave-safe?

Yes. Our bagasse clamshells and paper soup containers are microwave-safe for reheating food. Do not microwave coffee cups with lids attached - always remove the lid before heating.

Are your containers leak-proof?

Our paper soup containers with lids are designed to provide a secure seal for liquid-based foods. Our bagasse clamshells are designed primarily for solid foods and may not be suitable for very liquid dishes.

What sizes do you offer?

We carry a range of sizes across our soup containers, coffee cups, and clamshell lines. Please visit the individual product pages for full size options and specifications.

Bulk and Wholesale

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. We offer volume pricing for larger orders. Visit our For Business page or contact us directly to discuss your requirements and get a quote.

Do you have a trade account program?

Yes. Restaurants, cafes, food trucks, and other food service businesses can apply for a VerteVida trade account. Trade accounts receive volume pricing and priority support. Contact us to apply.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum order is required. Our products are sold in 50-count packs, so you can order as little or as much as you need. Volume pricing applies to larger orders.

Custom Branding

Can I get my logo printed on your products?

Yes. Custom branding is available for bulk orders. We can work with you to add your logo or branding to select product lines. Contact us to discuss your needs and timeline.
