We don't charge a cut of your purchase. We charge a fixed project fee to run your import end to end — quoted from a free audit, so you know the number before you commit a dollar.
What it costs
Most single-container, single-supplier projects run $3,000–5,000. Larger multi-SKU or multi-shipment projects run $8,000–20,000, scaling with coordination complexity (SKUs, suppliers, shipments) — never with the value of your purchase. Minimum engagement $2,500.
Paid in three milestones
- ~40%Retainer at commitment — non-refundable; it secures your project before any money moves.
- ~30%When your order is placed and goods are loaded.
- ~30%When goods land.
Why fixed, not a percentage?
Because percentage fees are how sourcing agents get paid — and they get paid more when you spend more. Our fee can't grow with your costs, we take no commission on your PO and no kickbacks from suppliers, and you pay every partner directly and see every invoice. We're the only people in your import whose incentives point at shrinking your costs, not inflating them.
