How pricing works
No percentages. No commission.
A fixed project fee, quoted from your free audit
Most single-container, single-supplier projects run $3,000–5,000. Larger multi-SKU or multi-shipment projects run $8,000–20,000, scaling with coordination complexity — never with the value of your purchase. Minimum engagement $2,500.
Paid in three milestones

Why fixed instead of a percentage?
Because percentage fees are more when you spend more. Our fee can't grow with your costs, we take no commission on your PO and no kickbacks from suppliers. We're the only people in your import whose incentives point at shrinking your costs, not inflating them.
Scope honesty: quotes assume defined scope (suppliers, SKUs, destinations stated in the audit); material changes go through a simple change order, agreed before work continues. Delays outside anyone's control are managed, communicated weekly, and never billed as surprises.
