You know India can deliver — better English than China, IP respect, globally competitive supplier base in your category. But finding the right factory means weeks of LinkedIn outreach, sample chasing across time zones, and praying production matches the sample. Most Canadian buyers either give up or get burned.

What you get

  • Spec-aligned shortlist of 3–5 vetted Indian suppliers
  • On-the-ground vetting via India sourcing partner — factory checks, samples, references

7% of first PO value, $750 minimum. 4-5% on repeat orders or POs over $50k.

Logistics

You've got a supplier in India and a PO ready to place. Now you need to figure out CARM, customs broker selection, freight forwarder, drayage, and last-mile — while staying ahead of port congestion and Indian holidays. The brokers and forwarders won't talk to each other unless you orchestrate them. Your launch date depends on it.

What you get

  • Freight booking — LCL or FCL ocean, India-lane forwarders we trust
  • Customs broker coordination — CARM portal setup, CAD filing, duty and GST handling
  • Drayage from Vancouver, Halifax, or Montreal port; last-mile to your address
  • Status tracking and weekly updates — you always know where the goods are
  • Single point of escalation when something needs to move

Pricing

6% of landed cost per shipment, $850 minimum. 4% on repeat lanes. Bundle with Sourcing for 10% of landed cost, $1,500 minimum.

Who it's for: Canadian buyers who already have an Indian supplier and need an orchestrator across the Canadian side of the lane.
